GBE Power offers a fully bespoke product design service, including highly experienced advice for all aspects of product compliance. We cover the entire design process. From initial product specification, into mechanical, electronic, firmware and software design, through to compliance testing, prototype, and full production engineering. Devices can be fully web-interfaced, with remote embedded system control and data logging. This software design service is proving increasingly popular for gathering data analytics and remote system control.

  • Experience in Life Science, Medical, Healthcare, Consumer (including EN71), Industrial, Instrumentation, Power Electronics, In-vehicle Type Approval

Prototyping

  • Fast turnaround manufacture of small batch prototypes
  • Mixed SMA and conventional prototype assembly
  • Agile production to test iterative prototype changes; for example trying alternative tolerances or component manufactures, then modifying based on testing
  • Design-for-manufacture feedback based on prototype assembly
  • Ability to ramp-up production after prototype assembly runs
